Specialized Bike Giveaway Rules

One lucky Annual Cycling Circuit participant will win a Specialized Alibi C.

Paid and/or gift registration for the Annual Cycling Circuit is required to enter the raffle. One winner of the bicycle will be selected at random on September 23rd, 2017. The winner will be notified on-site. The winner may be required by law to include the bicycle and its value in their tax filings. Any and all prize-related expenses, including any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.

The estimated value of the Specialized Alibi C is $500. The winner is responsible for arranging delivery or pick up of the bicycle from LifeCycle Biking at 1560 Fulton St, Brooklyn, NY 11213.

LifeCycle Biking reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify or terminate the raffle in the event of any act, occurrence, or reason that may endanger the integrity, administration, or fairness of the giveaway, or for any other reason.

By participating in the giveaway, participants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless LifeCycle Biking from any liability, claims, losses, and damages arising out of or relating to their participation in the giveaway or the use of any prize received in the giveaway. To be eligible, participants register for the Annual Cycling Circuit by September 21, 2017 11:59PM.
